As a Finance Operations Officer you will be key in the performance of day to day activities of the Finance team, in particular administration of the Loan Management System (LMS).

This is a junior role and would suit someone in the early stages of their career. Melbourne based.

Key responsibilities:
- Process receipts and payments within the LMS.- Daily account reconciliations / cashflow report.- Monthly GL reconciliations.- Resolution of queries raised by the business.- Assist with financial reporting requirements.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or working towards one.- Desire to learn new systems, processes and skills.- Good organisational and time management skills.- Proven work experience within a Finance Operations function or similar.- Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel.- Experience with Xero or Workday and using Power BI would be advantageous.
