**Finance Administrator**

**Up to $90K package | Career development | Finance and billing experience in a professional services environment is required.**

In search of an experienced financial administrator or billing specialist to join a premier mid-tier and top-tier law firm in Melbourne.

**The Role**
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial administrative support to a variety of stakeholders within a law firm and professional services environment.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Assisting with end of month billings
- Processing client and staff disbursements
- Daily banking and payment reconciliations
- Accounts payable processing
- Maintenance of trust accounts
- Processing credit card reconciliations
- Monthly client reporting

**About You**
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
