A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail oriented Finance Administrator who is looking to work in a dynamic role. Reporting to our Finance Controller, this is a great opportunity to join an ASX listed eCommerce industry leader and support key financial tasks which influence the overall Company outcomes. This role will see you support processes and operations within our Finance Team, through integral administrative responsibilities.

We have the opportunity for this role to be part time (minimum 3 days / week) or full time.

**In this role you'll be responsible for**:

- Lodging and processing invoices for payment through SAP
- Liaising with stakeholders regarding invoicing, taking initiative to problem solve and investigate when anomalies arise
- Operating in both FX and domestic currencies
- Reviewing processes, suggest improvements to increase efficiency
- Assisting leaders within the business with administration duties and tasks as required

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)
- Comfortable working with a number of different systems, with the ability to perform administrative duties with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
- Experience working in a business and/or Finance setting, including a work placement or internship experience, with an understanding of ways of operating
- Experience with SAP Business One will be highly regarded
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- An exceptional problem solver, using your strong attention to detail to maintain data entry and reconciliation accuracy
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being agile and adaptable is key to success
- A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we’re talking VLOOKUP and pivot tables, not SUM and AVERAGE - and we will test your capabilities)
- Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
- Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand’s eCommerce future
- Your role has a lot of ownership, autonomy and little red tape
