We are in search of the next passionate leader who has the experience to support a newly built service that is stunning and incredibly well resourced

In addition, you will get to work with a highly supportive area manager with long withstanding experience in the sector to help you when you need it and to collaborate ideas with, as being ''collaborative'' toward the centre managers is one of the main approaches.

Incredible support systems are in place to help you throughout the day, as the organisation is aware that centre directors have daily responsibilities to attend to. On top of this, you will be supported by a full-time assistant director who will work together with you on the daily responsibilities and the educational leader who will assist with the programming and practices.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Mentoring and team management
- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
- **MUST** have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- **MUST **have Full working rights in Australia
