Craigieburn Early Learning Centre is a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre dedicated to providing exceptional early learning and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced **Lead Educators** who are passionate about early childhood education and want to make a real impact from the very beginning. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role in a supportive and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain high standards of documentation, observation, and reflection
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to support centre-wide goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

**About You**:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Experience in a lead educator or senior educator role (preferred)
Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willing to obtain)
A positive, professional, and proactive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
