**We currently looking for a experienced Finishes Foreman to join our team and have an opportunity to help us with our mission an**

As our Finishes Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our project, reporting directly to the Site Manager. Working closely with Services Co-Ordinators, Quantity Surveyors, and our site team, you'll ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

You bring with you a minimum of 10 years' experience in high-spec, high-rise residential apartment projects. You ideally have a background in carpentry, providing you with a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades. As well as a strong knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards. Proficiency in construction planning, ideally with MS Project.

**Please note;** to be considered for one of these vacancies, you must have a strong background delivering large scale multi-storey projects in Australia with project values greater than $200m.
