**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for experienced **Sub Foreman (Leading Hand)** to join our high calibre team in delivering a major urban development project in Melrose Park.

You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
- Leading Hands experienced in pipework, bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions and drainage works.

**You may also have the following additional desirable skills**:

- Civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude and a keen work ethic.
