Joining our iconic multi-billion dollar One Sydney Harbour project, this role will see you supervising daily site activities and co-ordination sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities. You will maintain current knowledge and keep up with current and emerging developments, trends and applicable legislative requirements affecting all aspects of construction. Key to your role will be recommending changes to construction processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to Construction projects. This role would be working a nigh shift from 3pm-midnight.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large projects.
- Knowledge of Construction practices, and/or knowledge of general building design and construction principles.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- An ability to coordinate and organise teams and work effectively.
