**Location: South Pacific & Philippines Office with three (3) fixed work from home days**

**Overview**
The Donor Services Officer is responsible for providing data & information to assist stakeholders in developing needed reports and analysis. The role also manages the efficient flow of information to third party logistics vendors responsible for fulfillment of donor recognition regalia.

- While there is flexibility to work from home on fixed days, there will be occasions where working additional days in office may be required for training and other purposes.
**You Will Be Responsible For**
- Assisting Club, District or Regional leaders in accessing and understanding reports
- Assisting the Foundation and Finance teams with answering Foundation data questions
- Resolving any recognition-related system issues or escalate to Foundation Research as appropriate and monitor resolution
- Frequently liaising with the Finance team to ensure that contribution and recognition data is accurate and consistent
- Assisting the Finance team in collecting donor information to be able to process donations from fundraising events/campaigns
- Creating any needed/requested queries, reports, and analytics from donor data to gain fundraising insights, and provide assistance to Club & District leaders in their fundraising efforts
- Organising the Foundation team’s articles for the Office’s monthly newsletter
- Regulating personal workload to ensure rapid response rate as defined by management
- Engaging in teamwork and actively contribute to internal workgroups
- Performing other duties as assigned
