**About the Role**
We are seeking a student-focused professional to join our team as an Enrolment Specialist. Reporting to the Enrolment Specialist, Coordinator, this role is responsible for providing expert advice on course enrolment and study planning.

Located within Student Administration, and responsible for a portfolio of courses within an Academic School, the role serves as a key link between students, academic staff, and teaching teams. You will support students throughout their studies with accurate, timely, and friendly advice, playing a vital role in their overall experience at Swinburne.

While general course enquiries are handled by studentHQ, more complex matters will be referred to you. You will need to develop in-depth knowledge of course structures, study plans, and award requirements, and build strong relationships with academic staff.

The role also involves supporting staff at studentHQ by sharing specialist knowledge to build broader course understanding. Flexibility to work across Student Administration is required to meet operational needs and support professional development.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Significant experience in the coordination of student client services functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Vocational Education, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy in organisational matters and written materials

**Qualifications**
Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
