As such, they now seek the services of a highly motivated, consultative and engaging individual to join the team in the role of Head of People and Culture._

**The Position**:

- Provide leadership in the re-shaping and re-branding of the people and culture function within the organisation;
- Work with the CEO to support the development of a high-performance culture by identifying gaps between existing and desired practices throughout the organisation, and formulating a strategic People and Culture plan that fosters innovation and creativity;
- Create a sense of fulfilment and purpose within the P&C function to build a success culture within the group;
- Work with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful the roll out of the company’s new HRIS/ICHIS system;
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs to build internal capability and succession, and coach and mentor leaders in the rollout of initiatives to support learnings;
- Support managers in the effective design and facilitation of programs to upskill and develop all employees.

**The Person**:

- Formal qualifications in an HR related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR leadership role essential - exposure to manufacturing in an FMCG environment highly desirable;
- Proven track record of success in the design and delivery of organisational development and operational excellence initiatives a must;
- In-depth knowledge of best practice in ER, IR and industry trends;
- Thorough understanding of HRIS and payroll systems, with experience in rolling out new systems an advantage;
- High levels of emotional intelligence, ability to relate at all levels of the organisation;
- Highly consultative, strength in communication, organised and empathetic.
