Head of People Experience

**COSOL** is a fast-growing ASX listed provider of digital solutions to asset intensive industries globally.

Since listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:COS) in January 2020 COSOL has acquired 3 businesses; AddOns in North America and Clarita Solutions and Work Management Solutions in Australia. In addition to strong underlying growth these acquisitions offer real revenue synergies and strengthen COSOL’s vision to become the pioneers of Asset Management as a Service (AMaaS).

**About the role**:
Reporting to the CPO, the Head of People will be a driving force of change and one of the key architects of the COSOL Employee Experience.

The key objective is to create a vibrant team culture through the development of Employee Engagement strategies; strengthening the company’s ability to drive positive change in leadership, culture, and the employee experience. You’ll be focused on delivering operational excellence on a day
- to-day basis to build a scalable HR offering designed to meet the needs of our growing multinational Group.

In addition
- Develop and implement scalable People Operations processes, programs, and tools that balance employee experience with compliance and legal requirements.
- Support the development, implementation, and evolution of core programs in the employee lifecycle for seamless employee experience across payroll, benefits, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, compliance practices and broader HR policies.
- Provide operational support and data relating to compensation, benefits, performance management, engagement, and recruiting.
- Accountable for HR system data integrity, reporting, analytics, and audits.
- Review and adapt the People Team’s service delivery structure to meet changing business needs.
- Brings understanding of generational differences to develop types and frequency of feedback to COSOL team members so that information flows easily and impactfully throughout the organisation.

**About you**:
You are driven, tenacious, and resilient. You enjoy building relationships, working strategically and collaboratively, and can influence without direct authority.
- Minimum 10+ years progressive HR experience in expanding (international) matrix environments.
- Strong acumen with both strategic and tactical functions managing across human capital needs, including compensation and benefits design, data and analytics, project management, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to be hands on leader and manage a high performing people operations team.
- Significant experience with direct focus on implementation, communication and management of HR programs and streamlining processes.
- High EQ. Ability to form strong partnerships and trust with employees regardless of level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and current employment laws.
- High-energy professional with demonstrated self-confidence, high integrity, and sensitivity to others
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
