Great Southern Bank is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to join the team on a 12-month max-term contract. As the Technical Delivery Lead you will be a key member of a project team delivering a transformational credit card system replacement. You will work with external vendors and internal delivery teams to deliver high quality solutions across Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Credit Card origination and the integration layer. You will create an environment where the delivery team is able to do their best work by removing roadblocks and promoting a growth mindset.

This position is located at our Brisbane CBD Head Office, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

**About you**
- Experience working across multiple software delivery environments
- Experience working in a cross functional software development team utilising Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives and Quarterly Planning
- Proven experience managing third party technology partners
- Demonstrated experience working in a Continuous Integration environment with a focus on quality
- Strong communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
- Experience working in the Financial Services Industry with experience in Digital Banking, Lending Origination or systems integration highly regarded
