The Cyber Security Program plays a crucial role in delivering information security priorities to enable modern healthcare delivery while maintaining the highest level of information security. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing complex cyber security solutions with a focus on gateway and edge security.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practice frameworks for the large-scale and complex delivery of Cyber Security Gateway and Edge Solutions.
- Architect, design, and build enterprise firewalls, utilizing your extensive experience and knowledge.
- Work with various technologies including Windows and Unix Server Management, SIEM and SOAR technologies, Cisco and Checkpoint Firewall hardware, gateway security solutions, clean Internet filtering, Multi-Factor Authentication, testing frameworks, reporting tools like Splunk, Essential Eight and Critical Infrastructure Bill, secure interfacing technologies (Web Services, REST), and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience in delivering large-scale and complex cyber security solutions.
- Familiarity with industry best practice frameworks for Cyber Security Gateway and Edge Solutions.
- Expertise in architecting, designing, and building enterprise firewalls.
- Proficiency in the technologies listed above, including Windows and Unix Server Management, SIEM and SOAR technologies, Cisco and Checkpoint Firewall hardware, gateway security solutions, clean Internet filtering, Multi-Factor Authentication, testing frameworks, reporting tools like Splunk, Essential Eight and Critical Infrastructure Bill, secure interfacing technologies (Web Services, REST), and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Additional Details:

- This is a full-time, onsite position, although remote working provisions may be negotiable.
