The AR Masterdata Officer role is responsible for ensuring that it meets the delivery obligations for Accounts Receivable in line with agreed service levels, whilst supporting the other AR streams. The key role of AR is to ensure the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Masterdata Stream Leader / Supervisor and indirectly to the Head of AR, this role will carry out the following tasks:

- Ensuring accounts are set up with all the correct details, including pricing
- Resolving queries from offshore and onshore & On-billing process with off-shore team
- Processing invoices that cannot be generated offshore
- Resolving of Extend Exception error list, Suspend list across all BUs
- Other tasks as required, to address the existing backlog
- Support Pathology billing activities
- Support the business strategy for the Transactional Finance/AR functions to ensure ongoing improvements in cost and efficiency
- Support initiatives to deliver multiple complex projects across end-to-end Finance processes
- Support the finance/AR governance framework/process for evolving stakeholders to ensure ongoing value is delivered from the function

**To be successful**:

- Experience in AR required and Master data understanding desirable
- Excel - intermediate level
- An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently as well as within a team
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
