**Role**

Reporting into the Head of Travel Essentials and working very closely with the Category Management teams, our new **Master Data Management (MDM) Coordinator** will be primarily responsible for ensuring the master data in our ERP systems is accurate and available in a timely manner.

You will:

- Create, audit, and maintain the material master and purchasing information records
- Review and process all incoming requests and issues
- Ensure data standards are followed / maintained & identify new rules to increase accuracy
- Monitor, troubleshoot and remedy errors
- Audit and document results and resolutions
- Embed new category hierarchy into the Travel Essentials masterdata
- Assisting in range optimisation exercises.
- Management of ad hoc administration projects

To deliver at optimum level you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in ERP systems; exposure to Navision will be highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in master data entry
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
