Master Data Admnistrator

**Introduction**:

- 3-month fixed-term role with potential move to permanent

At CES, we have ambitious targets to keep billions of drink containers out of landfill and transform them into resources that can be used again and again.

To help us in our mission, we are looking for a Master Data Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the services we provide recycling schemes across Australia by effectively provisioning, operating, and maintaining scheme critical data. This data could relate to the registration of a new participating business, the opening times of return points, updating bank details or even the types of bottles/containers eligible for a refund as part of a scheme.

You’ll be part of a close-knit IT Support team and get the opportunity to service both our internal team members as well as our clients, the recycling schemes.

We work in a hybrid format to help you fit work around your life, and our IT Support team get together twice a week in our office to collaborate (and enjoy the incredible harbour views).

**Description**:
**Some of the key deliverables of the role**:

- High-volume end-to-end data entry within defined SLAs, including preparation, sorting, and entry, both via scripts as well as manually
- Ensuring accuracy of Master Data at all times by conducting regular validations, quality checks and clean ups
- Proactively owning and managing level 1 and 2 Master Data incidents and requests via our ticketing system, providing a positive client experience to our internal team members as well as recycling schemes
- Creating scripts and testing data loads into the database using SQL and Liquidbase, as well as manually
- Making recommendations on the optimal use of systems and tools so we are able to resolve problems in an effective and sustainable manner

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
You are known for your strong administration skills and are able to maintain high accuracy and a keen eye for detail even when in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Additionally, you have:

- High-volume data entry experience
- Good understanding of SQL, Liquidbase and databases (preferably Oracle)
- Great interpersonal & communications skills
- A keen interest in continuously sharing your knowledge through documentation and training

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA/Confluence or similar systems
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
