**Description**:
About the Role
The S&Q Administrator will provide a high standard of administration support to the Safety & Quality function and assist in the coordination of all S&Q programs across ATSICHS. This will include: Quality/WHS Report and audits, team meeting minutes, updating the Quality database, assistance with accreditation tasks, resident feedback audits, document writing and control and general administration support to the wider S&Q team
**Duties**:
Assist in the coordination of S&Q activities
Maintain ATSICHS S&Q documentation
Provide administrational support to S&Q Team
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC and internal quality management systems
Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes
Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID-19 Requirements
- A medical certificate signed by a medical practitioner stating you have received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccination
- Your immunisation history as listed on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) that clearly shows at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination details
- Your exemption as listed on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) may be submitted.
**Required**:
Minimum one (1) years’ experience in similar role
Minimum Certificate III in Administration, Workplace Health and Safety or similar
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply
Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening) or be eligible to apply
National Police check or eligible to apply
**Desirable**:
Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation but not essential.
