**Description**:
About the Role
The Information Technology Administrator will provide highly valued support to the team across a wide range of activities including general IT support, data input and IT asset administration. The IT Administrator will research and provide advice on opportunities to improve security, agility and efficiency to the organisation’s IT infrastructure.
Duties
Responsible for supporting the function and maintenance of ATSICHS IT systems.
Provide technical support for the operational efficiency of the internal IT Support desk.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of systems.
Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.
Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

**Benefits**:
- Permanent full time position with an annual salary of $57,875 + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
Required
Certificate 3 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or 2 relevant years’ experience in the field.
Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar Information Technology related role.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong internal relationships with employees and stakeholders organisation wide.
Demonstrated ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Current drivers’ licence.
Valid police check.
Preferred
Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
Demonstrated ability working with Windows server, Office 365, Azure and cloud administration including Intune.
Demonstrated ability supporting secure systems and network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and cloud networking.
Demonstrated ability supporting and maintaining enterprise level IT infrastructure in on-premise and cloud environments.
Demonstrated ability in PowerShell scripting, integrations and automation within an operational IT environment.
Experience working in an ITIL based environment.
