We have a full-time opportunity for an **WHS** **Administrator** to join the Work Health and Safety team based at **Warwick Farm**.

**About the role**:

- Collaborating with our Work Health and Safety (WHS) Team you will provide essential administrative support to ensure compliance and eliminate risk
- Liaising with internal and external partners you will maintain accurate WHS records, bookings and documentation
- You will be responsible for data entry into our WHS Management system, MS Office products and develop internal communications using Canva
- You may also be called upon to assist with general office duties, including organisation of meetings, presentations, and schedules through Microsoft Teams

**About you**:

- This role will draw upon your strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- To be successful you will need efficient and accurate data entry and record management skills
- Ideally you will have high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people
- Any experience with a WHS management system would be an advantage
