**The role offers a variety of duties, including**:
- Actively drive the development and implementation of an WHS improvement strategy plan
- Implement strategic improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with and support stakeholders with the implementation of specific WHS improvement and injury prevention initiatives
- Actively contribute to the ongoing development implementation and continuous improvement of a Digital WHS Management System
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of the requirements and expectations set out in the WHSMS
- Advise and support stakeholders in implementing the requirements and meeting the expectations of WHSMS
- Maintain oversite of the use of various WHS reporting and information systems to ensure high quality data integrity is maintained
**The successful applicant will possess**:
- Certificate IV in WHS or currently studying
- High level of administrative skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Good attention to detail and be able to provide a rigorous inspection of data.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Efficient data entry and record management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
