**The role offers a variety of duties, including**:

- Liaising and collaborating with our National Work Health and Safety (WHS) Team
- Providing administrative support to our National WHS Team
- Maintaining records
- Data entry into our WHS Management System and other Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- General office duties, including organisation of meetings, presentations and schedules through Microsoft Teams

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Efficient data entry and record management skills
- Great attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to a progressive and changing work environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Basic experience with a WHS management system would be an advantage
