We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop sourcing plans specific to business lines, building a pipeline of diverse talent by attending careers fairs, researching and contacting community services, universities and utilising social media etc.
- Organising and attending assessment centres on a regular basis.
- Proactive planning of recruitment campaigns within the volume business lines to attract suitable talent as based on the needs of our departments.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience delivering on people plans to proactively source and build pathways for volume talent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to consult, negotiate and influence with business stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Highly resilient and strong attention to detail
- Problem solving and decision-making skills, particularly with respect to the development and implementation of viable talent initiatives/solutions
- Strong collaboration and teamwork tendencies to support others

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with relevant HR Systems and technologies including Oracle Taleo
- Experience leading volume recruitment and selection campaign
