**About the Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Logistics Coordinator**to join our team at the Retail Support Centre (RSC) based in St Kilda on a **3-month fixed-term contract.**Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is a part-time role working **20 hours per week**, ideally spread across **four days.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate with suppliers to meet ex-factory shipping dates

- Liaise with freight forwarders and local agents to manage international and domestic freight

- Negotiate shipping schedules and details

- Ensure timely dispatch of stock to stores

- Expedite deliveries to meet planned timelines

- Prepare templates with style numbers and product information

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including buyers, logistics coordinators and store teams

**Skills & Experience**

- 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or shipping coordination (apparel industry experience highly regarded)

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to accuracy

- Understanding of safe work practices and compliance requirements
