We are currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across Sydney.

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum

**Role**: Full-time

**Location**:St Marys, NSW 2760

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met.
- Liaise with developers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline logistics and project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records using CRM and project management software (e.g., Zoho Projects, MS Project).
- Assist with procurement processes including generating purchase orders, coordinating stock levels, and managing deliveries.
- Analyse technical drawings (CAD/DWG) and floorplans to support product suitability and project alignment.
- Track project expenditures and assist in financial documentation, invoicing, and budget reporting.
- Manage client correspondence, meeting agendas, progress reporting, and post-delivery support coordination.
- Identify and report project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project compliance with WHS standards and organizational safety procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Master’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in a construction or project coordination role
- Proven expertise in coordinating logistics, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Zoho CRM, and project tools such as MS Project and Zoho Projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (CAD) and architectural documentation.
- Knowledge of WHS practices and construction terminology.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence preferred.
