**Specifically, you will**:

- Develop and manage the Forecasting Process using SAP IBP / Promax / SAP / BW
- Manage the Forecast in SAP IBP with input and collaboration from all sales teams for any Australian customer
- Be the primary contact for any demand planning issues for all Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations
- Forecast Review meeting monthly with sales team
- Participate in Demand Review and forecast sign-off meeting
- Analysis - review of forecast accuracy and other forecast drivers
- Improve Forecast Accuracy
- Manage forecast input and execution of NPD (New Products Introduction). Be part of NPD project teams representing Demand Planning
- Manage the execution of deleted lines (manage run outs - forecast and stock levels)
- Business partner representing the planning team with the sales and marketing retail teams

To be successful in this role you will need
- 3+ years in a demand planning role, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Business is highly desirable
- Strong Systems and analyst Capability
- exp with MS Excel SAP IBP / Promax / SAP / BW an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen and the desire to be part of a supportive and passionate team
