- Salary Range: $108,351 - $122,046 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager: Technical Services, you will be responsible for the integration, delivery, and management of technical operations and services that support the academic unit’s research, teaching, and commercial activities.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and motivate a team, foster a culture of accountability, and instil a customer service and teamwork orientation
- Proven success in developing, implementing and improving systems and processes within a complex technical environment, ensuring adherence with work health and safety regulations, standards and codes of practice
- An approach and working style that is pragmatic and action orientated, with demonstrated ability to swiftly establish credibility and create strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of staff, students and external clients
- Demonstrated strategic conceptual abilities, including proven hands-on experience in evaluating intricate technical requirements for research and consultancy projects, and to design advanced analytical procedures and techniques to solve complex industrial problems for external clients
