**About the program**:
AIR6500 is the RAAF’s $3 billion program to develop a joint air battle management system that builds on the capabilities offered by Next Generation sensor and command and control systems. AIR6500 will create a fully networked ‘system of systems’ that synchronises air and missile defence operations in joint and coalition environments, maximising situational awareness and enhancing the speed of decision making across the battlespace.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Once training is provided key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Provide document control and data management support to overall program products and services
- Standardise and edit documentation
- Coordinate reviews of documentation
- Deliver documents to external parties
- Interact with document authors to ensure that data is generated according to schedule and requirements
- Contribute to the administration of technical reviews and working groups
- Progress change items through the review and configuration management process
- Assist with coordination of problem identification, registering and disposition

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will also have:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient user of Windows based computer systems

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1) and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
