We have an exciting opportunity for an HR and Payroll Administrator to join the HR Team in Melbourne on a part-time and casual basis In this role, you will support our HR department and assist with payroll processing and timesheet management.

Your focus will include:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Send out reminders to employees for timesheet submission and resolve any issues related to timesheet discrepancies.
- Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to verify and approve submitted timesheets.
- Collect, review, and input employee time and attendance data
- Maintain and update employee records
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department as required
What you will bring to the team:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Good interpersonal and written skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
