Our client is a leading non-for-profit organisation that employs over 1800 permanent staff and 11,000 volunteers. They are looking for a Procurement Administrator for a minimum of 6 weeks. This role may be open for extension.

**Pay Rate**: Negotiable depending on experience (between $35 - 45/ hour)
**Working hours**:8.30am - 4.30pm (but can be flexible on this)

**The Role**
Our client is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team. This person will operate in the goods and services stream of supply chain focusing on contract management, compliance of business purchasing and assist with reporting efforts.
- Support the Procurement team with administrative tasks
- Run reports on spend analysis and contract performance
- Ensure compliance within the business for both internal and external stakeholders in terms of documentation
- Assist in the implementation, execution and general management of existing Contracts
- Undertake general administrative duties in regards to contracts
- Managing internal and external queries coming into the Procurement branch
- Ensure contractor data is up to date and current
- Facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Experience in Procurement Administration is highly desirable
- Experience with contract management or contract administration is highly regarded
- Strong skills with Excel (pivot tables/ formulas/ graphs/ v lookups)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve
- Proficient communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with individuals at all levels
- An understanding of comprehensive reporting and document control
