Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our existing Procurement team on a permanent, full-time basis at our CBD Head Office.
**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Commercial & Supply Chain Lead you will form part of our exiting Procurement Team, based at our CBD Head Office. You will be responsible for providing procurement administration support for all Linkforce departments. Duties include:
- Ordering and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- New Supplier and Contractor onboarding and maintaining current database
- Processing of requisitions and purchase orders and issuing to suppliers
- Undertaking E-Procurement and other purchases where purchase requisitions are not required
- Assisting with goods receipting of Purchase Orders in Pronto
- Actioning Request for Quotation (RFQ) enquires from the business
- Support other procurement activities as required
**ABOUT YOU**
- Understanding of the general “Procure to Pay” process
- experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounts; advantageous
- Ability to process high volume administration tasks
- Ability to collaborate with a large team of people both within and across departments
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook as a workflow tool
- Experience using Pronto system is highly desirable
