**Your new role**
Looking for a confident and ambitious Administration Officer to join the team in the office. This will include:
- Provide administrative support to the business, input work orders, sales orders, and timesheets
- Data entry, scanning of documents, maintaining files
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Answer phone calls, and redirect enquiries or pass on messages, greet visitors
- Order stationery and maintain office organisation systems
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Math and analytical skills
- Experience with Oracle finance system and Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and strong time management skills
- Experience in a similar role
**What you'll get in return**

- Permanent full time position (6:30am - 3pm Monday to Thursday & 6:30am to 12:30pm Fridays)
- Salary on offer $55,000 - $60,000 + super
