**About the Role**
Glow Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced and proactive Healthcare Rostering Manager to oversee and optimise our rostering operations across NDIS, Aged Care (CHSP/HCP), and SIL services. This leadership role involves supervising a Junior Rostering Officer, enhancing rostering systems, and ensuring our clients consistently receive reliable, high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities**
You will manage and supervise a Junior Rostering Officer, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of rosters for our support workers, nurses, and allied health staff.
You will design, implement, and maintain rostering systems that streamline operations across all programs including NDIS, CHSP, HCP, and SIL.
You will oversee the allocation of staff in alignment with participant care plans, support goals, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
You will monitor and adjust rosters proactively to accommodate urgent client needs, staff absences, and operational changes.
You will collaborate with the Human Resources team to forecast staffing requirements and contribute to recruitment planning based on rostering trends.
You will maintain close communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction.
You will utilise rostering software such as Visual Care or similar platforms to manage and analyse rostering operations efficiently.
You will provide reporting on rostering metrics and workforce utilisation to senior management as required.
**About You**
You will have a minimum of two years of rostering experience within the healthcare, disability, or aged care sector.
You will have demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring staff.
You will have strong skills in using rostering management systems, ideally Visual Care or similar.
You will possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external clients.
You will have a sound understanding of NDIS, Aged Care (CHSP/HCP), and SIL operational requirements (preferred but not mandatory).
You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and able to adapt to changing operational demands.
