**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Rosters and Staff Services, State Crime Command team. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio,
utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

**Target Question 1**:
Provide details of your rostering experience demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of industrial awards and how you ensure rosters comply with auditing guidelines.
**Target Question 2**:
Select a rostering problem that you faced in your workplace and describe the approach and data that you used to analyse the issue; make recommendations for change whilst ensuring compliance with policies/ procedures. What was the outcome.
