**About the role**:
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas

**Requirements**:

- A current Full Driver’s License and own car
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, and challenging behaviours and other high-care skills
- Previous experience in Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Electric hoist experience
- Bowel Care (peristeen) experience
- Monday and Tuesday 8;30am-12:30pm availability with a potential of a Monday to Friday shift

This is a Full Time Position offering an attractive rate depending on experience and availability.
