- Seeking a dynamic, experienced and motivated Retail Service Co-Ordinator to provide service excellence in our new Harris Park home.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- _Co-ordinate the retail precinct services within Our Lady Mercy Place Harris Park, Harris Park. This includes the staff and service offerings in the wellness centre, hairdressing salon, treatment room, café, and rooftop with the inclusion of day respite, gym offerings and bespoke pay for service offerings_
- Provide quality, client focused, innovative services that promote and support healthy aging
- Be a vital link to the community in delivering an enriching suite of services to further the purpose and objectives of Our Lady Mercy Place Harris Park, its residents, visitors and the community
- Achieve optimal levels of resident utilisation of and compliance with the home’s Additional Services commitments

**ABOUT YOU**:

- _Previous experience in a concierge/guest services role within the hospitality, retail or aged care sectors._
- Experience meeting expectations and pre-empting the needs of a discerning clientele
- Ability to manage, motivate and inspire the team to ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service
- Highly self-motivated with an enthusiasm for working with elders
- Desirable: Ability to speak a second language (Arabic)
