**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working across different projects doing various pre and post contract duties to enhance your skill set. In this position, you will be given the golden opportunity to work closely and attain guidance from industry experts whilst working alongside qualified Quantity Surveyors. Our client will assist you in progressing in your career by offering a clear and tailored career progression plan.

**DUTIES.**
- Initiate budgets and benchmarks
- Manage bank draw down reports
- Pre-tender Estimates
- Manage Variations & Progress Claims
- Pre Contract and Post Contract work

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
