We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional
team in Ballarat.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking phones calls and liaising with clients
- Managing bookings
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Assisting Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with day-to-day duties.
- Assisting Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors in-room preparation
- Retailing products

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Articulate and be well presented
- Fluent English speaker
- Able to multi-task
- Well organised
- Enthusiastic about the Aesthetic industry
- Enjoy working within a small team
- Confident in retailing, recommending, and discussing products with clients (training will be
- provided)
- Confident in using a computer including Microsoft Office.
