**About the role**
This role will join a centralised change function within our centres of expertise team to lead a key project within the Energy Solutions department. This role support in the successful integration of two businesses into a global enterprise.
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Change Manager to drive best practice change management and resulting in a seamless delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive complex change initiatives that will shape the future of our Energy Solutions business.
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of Ampol change management strategies to facilitate the seamless integration of two businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of change and drive the delivery of the change plan
- Design and implement communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement throughout the project
- Provide guidance and support to the leadership and team, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Leverage your global experience to bring enterprise wide best practice and insights
**About you**
Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment, with strong knowledge of change management methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving best practice change.
**Key skills and experience**
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Extensive experience in Change Management within a large-scale global organisation
- Experience with integration, mergers and divestment (Including managing various change streams and people change risks associated)
- Strong capability in cultural and behavioural change
- Organisational change framework (eg PROSCI) desirable
