- Full-time permanent role based in South Guildford with flexible 1 day per week home working

- Experience recruiting within an internal, outsourced, or agency recruitment function. You will be dealing with a high-profile white-collar portfolio covering roles from Admin through to Managers.
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient approach - ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders including an influencing and strategic partnering mindset
