Golfview Hotel is situated in the western Sydney suburb of Guildford, on Rawson Road right next to the 18 hole 71 par Woodville Golf Course. We’re the perfect place to cool down and enjoy a drink after your game. For customers looking for something to eat, make sure you dine in our family friendly Bistro. We’ve got all your pub favourites, kids’ meals and regular specials to keep the whole family happy.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA & RCG qualifications
