Golfview Hotel is situated in the western Sydney suburb of Guildford, on Rawson Road right next to the 18 hole 71 par Woodville Golf Course. We’re the perfect place to cool down and enjoy a drink after a game and the local golfers take full advantage of our venue. Our family friendly Bistro has all our guest's pub favourites, kids’ meals and regular specials to keep the whole family happy. Our Sports Bar offers a relaxed and friendly environment perfect for catching up with friends and our guests love our 155 inch big screen TV showing sports all year round. We also offer TAB, Keno and Gaming options which keep the variety of duties coming during our Management shifts.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at the Golfview Hotel.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA & RCG qualifications
