Are you ready to lease and unleash your leasing skills? We are seeking a vibrant and persuasive Leasing Consultant to join our client's dynamic and successful team This is an entry level role to kickstart your career in Real Estate, our client prides themselves in building successful careers for their staff.

**Location**: South Melbourne

**Property Locations**:South Melbourne, CBD

Salary + super + incentives + car allowance

1/2 day Fridays and Saturdays

**Must have**: Current Real Estate License

**Responsibilities**:

- Presenting properties to prospective clients: Your superpower lies in showcasing apartments, houses, and other properties in a way that leaves clients speechless (in a good way). We want you to mesmerise them with persuasive presentations that will make them want to call our properties their home sweet home.

Tenant matchmaker extraordinaire: Help landlords discover their perfect match by identifying suitable tenants. Your knack for understanding clients' needs and financial potential will guide you to make personalised recommendations that will match tenants with their dream properties.

Master of property promotion: We need your mastery of media and advertising techniques to create campaigns that rock and roll. From social media blitzes to eye-catching posters, your creative flair will ensure that our unoccupied properties find their perfect match (as well as a loving tenant).

Information guru: Clients will be eager to know every single detail about our properties, and you will be their go-to encyclopedia. Providing accurate information about the different features of our properties will be your specialty, helping clients envision their perfect living space.

Super negotiator and agreement wizard: With your superhuman negotiation skills, you'll be able to navigate leasing terms like a pro. Your goal? To complete agreements that leave both landlords and tenants with smiles so bright they can be seen from space.

Ambassador of the property market: Be the ultimate property market expert by keeping a keen eye on the latest trends and updates. Your knowledge will make you an invaluable asset in ensuring our properties remain competitive and on top of the leasing game.
- The guardian of property maintenance: Regular inspections will be your secret weapon to ensure proper maintenance. Your attention to detail will keep our properties in tip-top condition and ensure that our tenants fall head over heels in love with their new homes.
