**What’s the opportunity?**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Head of Sales Operations** to manage the execution of Keystar's strategic objectives across New and Used Vehicles, Fleet & Corporate, F&I, and Aftermarket. In this role, you will drive performance by ensuring dealership success, achieving sales targets, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ensure alignment between sales and service operations for integrated business growth.
- Execute strategic plans across all value streams, identifying new opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Oversee financial performance, managing budgets to maximize profit and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in customer experience.
**About you**
- 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering business growth.
- Strong commercial aptitude, customer-centric focus, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience in aligning sales and aftersales functions for maximum results
