Things You’ll **Do**:

- You’ll be an integral part of the Property Team - adding value through sharing your knowledge and experience in property related dealings (such as sales, leasing, valuation and/or other property management).
- Undertake comprehensive property services functions by effectively and strategically managing Council’s property portfolio
- You will provide expert advice and support to Council and the public in all property related activities.

- **Package**:$93,000 - $101,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time - 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month (flexi time arrangement)
- Hybrid working is supported.
