Our high-performing teams of Home and Investment Lenders play a critical role in making this happen. They support our customers with complex lending needs to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.
Our Home and Investment Lending Associates and Managers are early in their lending career and have some experience in lending. They have great knowledge of the local market, coach customers through the home loan journey and always deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Together, they all play a critical role in making this happen. They support our customers with complex lending needs to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.
What will your day look like
Our high-performing teams of Home and Investment Lending Managers and Associates
We are continuously building our team of Home and Investment Lending Managers and Associates in our Marrickville, Strathfield, Leichardt, Burwood and Balmain branches (permanent and fixed-term roles available). This includes people with some experience in home lending wanting to build their career. These people have great knowledge of the local market, can coach customers through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Regardless of where you are in your home lending career, if you want to use your experience to build deep relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals, we’ll work with you to find the right role in the right location.
What will you bring?

Have a strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience
Are financially savvy, with a keen attention to detail
Are active users and promoters of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
Are able to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
Are excellent communicators with great presentation and interpersonal skills
Are proactive and love a collaborative team environment
