**How you’ll make an impact**

Mortgage Product is responsible for development of lending products and solutions that meet client needs, comply with relevant regulations and deliver target returns to the shareholders within the agreed risk appetite. The team leverages data capabilities to optimise pricing and retention initiatives and collaborates with Group stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions and products to market.

As the Home Lending Product and Pricing Analyst, you will assist in ensuring AMP Bank has the optimal mortgage product features and pricing to meet its growth targets and overall strategy. The role includes assisting with product strategy, pricing, continuous improvement and operational execution.

You’ll make an impact by:

- Support the Home Lending Product Managers with the execution of the home lending product strategy
- Assist with managing the bank’s portfolio of home lending and business lending products and features
- Continual monitoring of volumes and competitor movements to ensure in line with expectations and propose repricing as required or assist in repricing proposals.
- Represent Home Lending at Product and Pricing Committee to update position of mortgage portfolio, and seek approval of pricing and product recommendations
- Assist product manager with working with treasury, deposit product team and finance to provide input of mortgage volumes and pricing for the 3-year Bank strategic plan. Continual updating of the strategic plan to reflect updated actual experience.
- Assist with the continuous development of AMP Bank’s home lending products in order to maintain market relevance and identified areas of AMP differentiation.
- Assist in the management of customer complaints relating to pricing or product features for home lending products.
- Manage lending product inbox and assist with new business pricing escalations
- Working closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams, strive for excellence the end-to-end home lending banking experience for AMP customers.
- Work with Marketing at both a planning and execution level for various home lending initiatives

**What you will bring to the team**
- Advanced excel and VBA skills (Power BI, SQL and Python skills preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Financial Services/Banking
- Business report writing experience
- Product Management in a Bank, ADI or specialist banking service provider
- Tertiary qualification
