W Sydney is now casting for a Concierge Supervisor reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in the absence of the Assistant Chief Concierge in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a concierge service and supervisory philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff. Supervises the Wheels team, the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests. Supports management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
