**About the role**
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring the promotion of position guest relations and a welcoming environment.
- Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guest complaints are minimised by handling in a timely and professional manner
- Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork.

**About You**
- Current Bell Captain experience looking to step into a leadership role
- Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor / management role is desirable.
- Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
- Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
- Highly motivated to work in a well-established industry
