Program Manager (Open Banking)
**How will I help?**
An opportunity exists to join Westpac Group's strategic Open Banking delivery, leveraging it to create a source of competitive advantage through the development and implementation of data ingestion capabilities as well as working with the team to ensure Westpac retains its adherence with the Consumer Data Right (CDR) compliance standards. The program manager will also be part of the transformation program representing Open Banking, to lead and manage program/project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling Westpac to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

**What do I need?**
**Experience**
- Seasoned with an extended track record in successfully leading and delivering medium/large programs/projects with many of the following characteristics:
- Experience with Open banking and CDR concepts
- Indicative cost up to $20M
- Program/project duration up to 24 months
- Teams typically ranging up to 50 resources
- Program/project Impact: Medium - High
- Program/project Risk: Medium - High
- Multiple projects / streams
- Multiple end deliverables
- Reliance on external partners
- Multiple interdependencies (up to 10 projects)
- Ambiguous, high risk, volatile program/projects needing active monitoring
- Management of diverse stakeholder expectations, across different business divisions in partnership with senior stakeholders to assist in the delivery of business strategies and objectives
- 7 + years experience within projects / programs (minimum of 3 years at Senior Project Manager level)
- 5+ years working in a large and complex organisation
- 5+ years experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices that exist within a large organisation
**Education**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Certified Practicing Project Director (via AIPM) and/or Program Management Professional (via PMI) and/or Managing Successful Program (MSP) accreditation desirable or internal training mandatory (refer to the Project Management Education catalogue on the DX site)
